Return & Refund Policy

At Bambuvi, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)

To start a return, contact us at support@bambuvi.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our support team will guide you through the process.


Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or custom/personalized items.

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an update. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is posted)

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@bambuvi.com





Order Cancellations:


If you need to cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel it.
